Stunning 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet with a low odometer reading of only 44,000 very gentle miles. This pure head-turner is an all black beauty on 19” turbo rims, the nicest factory wheels available. The car has a smooth shifting 6-speed manual transmission, as every true sports car should. On a hot summer day, with the roof down and the cooled seats on, it would be difficult to find a nicer car on the road.

The ’09 Carrera was sold as a naturally-aspirated direct injection 3.6-liter flat-six producing 345 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 287 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm. No, it is not an S model or turbo, but how much faster do you need to get to the speed limit (60mph) than the advertised 4.5 seconds?! This is a true sports car. This is a private sale. The car has a clear title. I have owned and babied this car for the last 5 1/2 years, after purchasing it in Nashville, Tennessee with 20,000 miles on the odometer. I imported the car into Canada in 2014 where it is being sold from today. Because it is originally an American vehicle, and I have all the documentation required to prove that, it can be easily returned to the United States free of duty charges. (see: Re-Importing A Previously Exported Vehicle https://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-export/importing-car). Half an hour at the border and you are good to go.
The Carfax unfortunately indicates a damage incident from 2014. I didn’t even notice the damage until I was at the car wash and assume someone bumped it while parked in a parking lot. The damage sustained was a crack in the plastic of the rear passenger side taillight and a small scuff on the bumper. Photos of the area before it was professionally repaired and paperwork to show the minimal scope of the damage are included in the images. Review the video to see that the repair is seamless.
A Porsche 111-point Pre-inspection Evaluation has been recently completed and is available upon request. It will give any buyer confidence in the quality of this car, inside, out and under the hood. The only physical blemishes are a few sand grain dots in the paint on the nose, natural wear marks on the front edge of the leather seats and cosmetic wear marks on the soft top, typical to all 997’s. The evaluation confirms that there are no visible repairs. Overall this car is beautiful, great driving and mechanically impeccable. The low Canadian dollar makes this a great value for any American bidders. You won't find a better price for a 997.2 anywhere on the internet.
