Austin Kimberley 1973 barn find. Condition is "Used".This car is green with a black vinyl roof and interior. It was driven only in a western Victorian town by an elderly lady. I found the local service centre who told me they serviced the car annually and it rarely left town. That explained the lack of sandblasting on the glass. There was some minor damage from parking bumps. The worst was some damage to the left hand end of the grille. I found another grille and also bought new front and rear lights, although they are not needed. The strips along the sills are also missing. Other than that the car is totally original and only needs some TLC to be back on the road again. The car has only travelled 24K miles and all my inquiries confirm this is a genuine mileage. I have collected some hard to find spares, including a reconditioned head, twin thermo fans and new exterior brightwork strips. Age and infirmity creates a great opportunity. Did you know that more Austin 1800s finished the original London to Sydney marathon than any other car. The car is advertised elsewhere and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.
