2014 Astra GTC VXR with aero kit.Full service history and only 53000 miles.
In my ownership its had an oil and filter service twice along with the gear box oil changed. Anyone looking into these cars know that the gearbox oil needs to be done as regular as the engine oil just to keep things silky-smooth. It's had no expense spared on the service side of things. All done at a trust garage. Midlands Renault specialists (take all my cars to him).
The paintwork is in very good condition with the odd age related mark but nothing major. I'm an avid detailer so the paint work is properly protected and correctly washed regularly.
As for aesthetics I've had the front and rear badges professionally painted. Other than this it is pretty much out of the box. Damn good looking cars in my opinion, especially with the aero kit (Bigger spoiler, side skirts and alloys).
Performance wise its standard other than a few subtle modifications (I still have the original parts that will be included in the sale if they aren't to your taste) •Ram Air induction kit for that extra bit of noise•Short shifter as it makes the notorious clunky change much more smoother•Uprated recirculation valve as the old one was leaking
As much as the car is in near perfect condition there is one downfall, the alloys. Zero kerb marks at all however the diamond cut has pitted underneath, notorious for it. I've been meaning to get them done especially now we are coming out of lockdown however just haven't had time. Of course this is reflected in the price.
Its recently had to brand new tyres on the front. All for have plenty of tread. The brakes was replaced just before my ownership and have plenty of meat left on them.
Only problem I've ever had was very recently is a wheel bearing and abs sensor. Both sorted now and working perfectly.
I've had a look at GTC VXRs in this condition, mileage and spec and they are all floating around the £11000-£12500 mark. Taking the alloys into consideration I'm asking for £9995.
I won't be open to negotiation on the price as I think its more than reasonable.
The car currently has outstanding finance but will be settled before sale.
It will not come with my private registration but the orginal one FV14 CVP.
