Ignore ACT plates - car is NOT being sold with rego.
The car was purchased in July. The last rego was NSW June 2019. Too good to part out - once I cleaned it up and put a new set of spark plugs in it, it became evident this is a good car. Runs smoothly and has plenty of power considering its [hidden information]kms. It's realistically priced to sell and considerate of the need for it to be towed and $ spent to get a few things needed to get it ticketyboo.
Car is two-owner in terms of rego and comes with books. The first owner was NRMA from August 2001. I'm the third owner but I haven't registered it or driven it other than home post-purchase and to a location to take the photos for this sales ad - despite its age it's a well looked after car and presents as about a 7/10 (although it has a good ding driver's rear side). The interior is 8.5/10 imo.
PPSR title checked and cleared - see image.
Perfect for a P plater looking for their first Falcon - one that you can tinker with to make it a tidy cruiser... keep it a survivor.
Lowered on 18-inch rims with tinted windows and a very tidy interior. It has the usual nicks and scratches for a car its age - rubbing scratches to rear driver-side door and panel damage to guard are the only real downside. Clearcoat okay on car holistically with rear spoiler only showing signs of imperfection. The front clip/bumper is roughish but not in need of any immediate attention.
Heater is hot, aircon is okay, power windows both work (handles on rear - alleluia) temperature sits on the 'O' of NORMAL as it should for a Falcon, 60/40 rear seats fold no probs, boot is tidy, spare is on original SR rim and looks unused, headlining is good considering age with a droop above driver and a few blisters here and there... I'd keep it and put an XR6/8 clip on it and daily drive it but too many cars.
If I kept it I would spend $ on the following:
Blue slip and rego
Leads and coil pack
Auto transmission service or replace (3 and 4 are slow to change)
New steering wheel (see images)
Head unit (original is there but needs to be connected)
Headlining (although it's okay compared to most)
Aircon re-gas (but it's okay overall atm)
Bid to buy, not look.
Any eBayers with less than a decent buy/sell history will have their bid deleted. Car is located in Burra NSW (about 20mins from Queanbeyan NSW) so please bid mindful of the car's location.
No, I can't deliver it - it's unregistered. Can you send a truck to pick it up and pay later or get the driver to pay - No.
If you want me to get RWC and register it in NSW for three months add $750 (not negotiable) to the final price just for the runaround. Deposit to be paid via Paypal by winning bidder - I'll issue an invoice. Balance to be paid in cash upon pick up.
Looking for $1500 as Buy It Now but get in contact via the FB link provided to talk ono. There is a reserve but it's low - don't contact me to ask what it is. It is what it is!
