Ford Bronco . Condition is Used. Pros:Rebuilt 4.9l 300 i6. Bored 40 over. EFI head, EFI headers, 257h cam. Offenhauser intake manifold and brand new Holley 390 cfm carburetor. Exhaust has a Walker 2.5" downpipe to a 2.5" Y pipe splitting into 2" duals with glasspacks, sounds like a tractor. New transmission fluid and filter and secondary transmission cooler. New gear reduction starter, new battery cables. New 2 core radiator, new thermostat, new fan clutch, fan shroud and fan. New Saginaw steering pump upgrade. New brakes and rotors. New bearings on the front. Minimum rust, Phoenix truck. Extra set of doors for crawler project or full restoration. Rear tailgate window in good working condition. Manual windows and doors. Carpet has been removed and DIY bedliner was installed. Zero rust on the floor pan.
Cons:Truck was a factory 5.8w XLT and the 4.9 was not factory. I did the swap, bought it without the 5.8w. All engine brackets and cross member brackets are Ford OEM. The 355 gears and 33" tires are not a great combo for highway but it gives me clearance for the Backcountry roads here at Lake Powell. No issues inNin 4Lo. NoAC currently, climate control on dash but not installed under the hood. Body damage on driver fender and rear quarter panel, passenger side is pretty clean. Rear tailgate has some small rust. Twin sunroofs need attention. Bronco needs rear shocks and an alignment. Carburetor needs smaller jets, not running at it's it's best. Shell had a roof rack installed and holes drilled into the shell. I siliconed them up.
