Up for sale is a GORGEOUS and rare HATTERAS BLUE Cadillac Eldorado convertible. This car is just absolutely gorgeous in this color combination and is rarely seen on these cars. Having been well kept by both previous owners, the pride in ownership shows through and through.
Powered by a silky smooth running 4100 V8 (said to have been rebuilt) and fully loaded as you'd expect, this is the Caddy convertible to own and it's at a price well below others in this caliber. The car was recently treated to a complete hand wax and buff along with a complete fluid change (including the coolant) and a full tune-up using only GM DELCO parts. The technician that performed the maintenance complimented on it's overall condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. The car does have a very high quality re-paint in it's original blue and all bumper fillers were fitted and replaced at that time.
Overall this car is stunning as the pics will show but also, it's a 37 year old car so expect some wear. The original top is very presentable but has some wear along the seams. The power windows all work but are slow as is the convertible top. Fully functional but slow and likes a little assistance. The original Delco stereo powers up but does not give sound and the air conditioning blows but not cold. When she sits for a while in storage, the transmission pan seeps. Mostly things you would expect. Nothing earth shattering and easily rectified. That being said, this car does not show it's age in any other way. This is a completely road worthy vehicle.
I purchased this car to keep in my personal collection. Room is an issue so a few things have to go. I'm sad to offer this for sale. I purchased it out of Rhode Island which is a non-title state. I do have paperwork from RI to prove that and checked with the Massachusetts DVM and was cleared. I have not titled it in Mass. I have RI paperwork and the original Massachusetts title from the first owner who lived on Cape Cod and was a prominent doctor there. I also have the factory build sheet which is a cool addition.
I want this to go to a good home. That's very important to me. The price isn't firm but I believe it's beyond reasonable for such a beautiful example. No low ball offers will be responded. Please only bid if you can complete the transaction.
I have a walk around video of the car showing it running and such I'd be happy to forward to a serious buyer. I can also arrange shipping to anywhere in the world.
