Seller's Description

2000 Saab 9-5SE

This versatile car has served us well and still has lots of life left for its next owner. It runs very well and has no known mechanical problems. Its last run for us was drive from Melbourne loaded with stuff, no worries. Alas we no longer need second car, so it’s up for auction.
In its day, this car was the height of luxury with high quality features such as turbo, heated leather seats, zoned AC, sport mode, cruise, electric seats with memory for different settings...  it has great stereo system, lots of airbags and safety features.
Just 146,330 kilometres on the odometer.
It comfortably seats five people. The boot is huge and the back seats fold down. It also has roof rack.
There are only couple niggles that we have experienced that we will share in the interest of full disclosure. Pictured you can see that there are few pixels missing from the console display. This is common among Saabs.  A couple of years ago, we had an issue with the alarm going off unexpectedly once in while. It is alleviated by locking the door with the key and it hasn’t occurred since we started doing that. We have been told that this can be fixed by replacing the alarm battery.
The car is not currently registered and you will have to organise this yourself. It was last registered in Victoria, expired in December 2017.
It’s in Castlecrag, just 9k from the Sydney CBD.  You’re welcome to come have look.
